system information in 3D. netViz 3D views aren’t just pretty pictures;
they’re graphical displays of hard information about your network or
system.
Data-embedded
3D models.
In netViz 3D, each graphical model is embedded with user-defined information.
Just click on any object or link and the netViz Inspector will show
you all of its associated data.

Data
displays.
You can even display a subset of an object’s embedded data to be displayed
on screen. You have full control over the look and three-dimensional
position of any displayed data labels.
Data-driven
link graphics.
In netViz 3D, the look of links can even convey information. Use our
unique data-driven graphics capability to have your 3D links change
appearance depending on embedded data values. You could, for example,
set links to show bandwidth by thickness and link type by color. Just
modify a link’s embedded values by typing them in the Inspector window
and your 3D view will change graphically to reflect the new information.

Full
integration with netViz 2D.
We recognize that you may already have conventional netViz diagrams
of your systems that are configured they way you like them. That’s why
we’ve integrated 3D and 2D views. Just double click on an object or
link in a 3D view and you’ll go straight to that object in its 2D diagram.
