3D views are a powerful addition to the netViz suite of visualization tools. Three-dimensional presentations are especially good for understanding connectivity between diagrams – for example wiring between floors or wide-area connections between regions. 3D views also provide high information density. When diagram planes are tilted, the space required for each diagram decreases, making much more information available in a single scene.
