Technical support is available to registered netViz users. Before contacting tech support, please look at the FAQ section of this page, which contains answers to the most commonly-asked questions.

For interim patches, bug fixes and downloadable updates, select "Product Updates" at the right.

If you need to contact the technical support department, please have the following information handy:

  • Your name, e-mail address, phone, and fax numbers
  • Your company name
  • Your netViz serial number
  • Operating system
  • For printing problems: printer make and model, and printer driver version
  • netViz version used currently and version in which project or catalog was last opened
  • If the problem can be repeated: the sequence of actions leading to the problem
